Core Package

A Comprehensive Foundation for Proactive Health

You should not have to wait for symptoms—or for a routine test to reveal only part of the picture—to become more informed about your health.

The Proactive Scans Core Package brings together advanced MRI, ultrasound, and cardiac imaging to evaluate several of the body’s most important organs and systems. It is designed for people who want a deeper understanding of their current health and a meaningful baseline they can follow over time.

This is not simply a collection of scans.

It is a coordinated, prevention-focused approach designed to provide greater clarity, identify findings that may require attention, and help guide your next conversation with your healthcare provider.

What Is Included in the Core Package?

Enhanced 3T MRI

Our advanced 3T MRI technology produces detailed images without exposing the body to ionizing radiation.

The MRI portion of the Core Package evaluates key areas of the body, including:

  • Brain
  • Soft tissues of the neck
  • Abdomen
  • Pelvis

These images may help identify structural changes, masses, cysts, inflammation, organ abnormalities, and other findings that may benefit from further evaluation.

Brain MRI With NeuroQuant

The brain MRI includes NeuroQuant analysis.

NeuroQuant is advanced software that measures the volume of different brain structures and compares the results with established reference data. This provides additional information beyond a standard visual review of the MRI.

The analysis may help identify patterns of volume change that could warrant monitoring or further clinical assessment.

It can also provide a valuable baseline for future comparison.

Ultrasound Imaging

Ultrasound uses sound waves to evaluate organs, tissues, and blood flow in real time.

Depending on the specific protocol recommended for you, ultrasound imaging may be used to assess areas that benefit from a different type of visualization than MRI alone can provide.

Combining imaging technologies allows physicians to look at the body from multiple perspectives rather than relying on a single test.

Echocardiogram

An echocardiogram is a noninvasive ultrasound of the heart.

It provides information about:

  • Heart size and structure
  • Heart muscle movement
  • Pumping function
  • Heart valves
  • Blood flow through the heart
  • Possible structural abnormalities

Because heart disease can develop without obvious symptoms, an echocardiogram can add important functional information to the structural imaging included in the package.

Why Combine These Tests?

Every imaging method has different strengths.

MRI provides highly detailed images of soft tissues and internal organs. Ultrasound offers real-time evaluation of organs and blood flow. Echocardiography specifically examines how the heart is structured and functioning.

The Core Package combines these technologies to provide a broader view of your health than any one scan could provide on its own.

Instead of receiving isolated test results, you receive a more connected picture of several important systems.

More Than Early Detection

Proactive imaging is not only about searching for serious disease.

It can also help establish a personal health baseline.

A baseline creates a reference point that may be used to track changes over time. When future imaging is compared with earlier studies, physicians can better determine whether a finding is new, stable, improving, or changing.

This longitudinal perspective can be especially valuable because one isolated image does not always tell the entire story.

Who Is the Core Package For?

The Core Package may be appropriate for adults who:

  • Want to take a more proactive role in their health
  • Have a family history of certain medical conditions
  • Have personal risk factors they want to better understand
  • Want advanced imaging before symptoms become significant
  • Are interested in establishing a health baseline
  • Feel that routine screening does not provide enough information
  • Want a more comprehensive view of several important organs and systems

Imaging protocols should always be selected based on the individual. Your personal history, age, symptoms, risk factors, and previous testing may influence which studies are most appropriate.

What Happens After Your Scans?

Your images are reviewed by qualified physicians with attention to both significant findings and findings that may require monitoring.

The goal is not to hand you a technical report and leave you to interpret it alone.

Your results are organized to help you understand:

  • What was found
  • Why it may matter
  • Whether a finding appears urgent or nonurgent
  • Whether follow-up imaging may be appropriate
  • What questions to discuss with your healthcare provider
  • Whether a finding can simply be monitored over time

When necessary, recommendations may include additional imaging, specialist consultation, laboratory testing, or follow-up with your personal physician.

Clarity Without Creating Unnecessary Fear

Advanced imaging can uncover unexpected findings. Not every finding is dangerous, and not every abnormality requires treatment.

That is why interpretation and follow-up planning matter.

At Proactive Scans, the goal is to place findings into context so that you can respond thoughtfully rather than react out of fear.

Early detection is valuable.

Clear guidance about what happens next is equally important.

A More Informed Starting Point

You cannot prevent every health condition.

But you can become more informed about what may already be happening inside your body.

The Core Package is designed to give you a stronger foundation for future healthcare decisions through detailed imaging, physician interpretation, and a clearer understanding of your current health.

Early detection saves lives. Clarity changes everything.
